Wyncrest Group, Inc. (WYCT- news) today announced the purchase of an offshore license.
Wyncrest Group, Inc is in the process of the formation of Off Shore Insurance and Reinsurance companies for a variety of Insurance products, including but not limited to Life & Health, Casualty and Warranty Service Policies, as a controlled foreign corporation.
Wyncrest’s Offshore Services Division will be made up of a core and individual protected brands and products, where the legal segregation ensures that no claim against one brand or product will be covered by the funds furnished by another. This will provide an ideal vehicle for corporations acting as a holding company for many brands. Each brand has its own identity and stands alone for profit and loss. The individual Companies will be separately incorporated and distinct legal entities, offering an added layer of protection in the separation of assets and liabilities. |
